Parents & Guardians Must
1) Always must remain on the premises.
2) Monitor their child to ensure he / she can use the equipment safely.
3) Supervise their baby in the soft play
4) Always know where their child and ensure the child is able to locate them at all times.
5) Management also reserves the right to refuse admission to them at all times.

General Rules
1) No shoes to be worn on the equipment.
2) Socks must be worn at all times.
3) Children should use the toilet and wash their hands before entering the play area.
4) 1 person per slide lane at a time.
5) Feet first only entry to slides.
6) Elbows must be kept in when sliding.
7) Arms and legs should be covered in suitable attire to reduce the risk of skin abrasions.
8) All jewellery and sharp objects to be removed before playing.
9) Pockets must be emptied of loose objects.
10) Spectacles must be tethered if worn in the play equipment.
11) You must be mindful of other users.
12) Waiting or playing at the bottom of slides is NOT permitted.
13) Using balls or loose objects as missiles is NOT permitted
14) Climbing on the netted sections of the structure is NOT permitted.
15) Climbing up slides is NOT permitted.
16) Food or drink in the play areas are NOT permitted.
17) No glassware should be taken into the play equipment.
18) Chewing gum is NOT permitted within the play areas.
19)Fighting or bullying is strictly prohibited.
